Where is my order?

Your delivery estimate is included in the shipping service. Please allow up to the maximum estimated time for your order to arrive. You can track your parcel's progress by clicking the 'View Order' button in your shipping confirmation email.

If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, contact our support team, and we’ll investigate immediately. Contact us

 

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with any surrounding neighbors who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  2. If delivered to a workplace, check with colleagues who may have accepted the parcel.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered before actual delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If you still cannot locate your order after this period, contact our support team with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly. Note that if you authorize the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and it goes missing, Veruska 925 Natural Skincare cannot be held accountable.

 

I have not received my tracking number

You will receive your tracking information once your order has shipped, included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided. If you haven’t received your tracking link after 48 hours, contact us with your order details so we can assist.

There is something missing from my order!

A packing list is included in every parcel sent from our distribution center. Please check this list to ensure no items are missing.

If an item is missing from the packing list, it may have been removed due to being out of stock. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

If you haven't received an email notification but are still missing an item, contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Missing Item(s)

Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. All missing item claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, Veruska 925 Natural Skincare can't be deliver to PO Boxes.

If delivering to a workplace, please ensure the company name is included in the delivery address. Contact us
