Do you include samples with orders?

We try to include samples with every order - supply permitting. The more you spend, the more you get! We do our best to include:

1 sample on orders under $50
2 samples on orders between $50 and $100
3 samples on orders above $100

Please note that samples are surprise gifts and can't be chosen. If you would like to sample specific products, check out our sample program.

I am not sure what to buy, can you give me some advice?

We know it can be hard to decide between several products. Email us at info@veruska925.com and our beauty consultant will be happy to help you find what’s best for you!.

How do I unsubscribe from Veruska 925 Natural Skincare mailers?

If you would no longer like to receive Veruska 925 Natural Skincare mailers, please send your name, address, and email to info@veruska925.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal*.



Discounts

Are there any exclusions to discounts?

From time to time we will offer our email Subcribers with special discounts and those customers register in our Reward Program.

Can I combine promotions and discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions and cannot be used in conjunction with our Reward Program. Subject to change without notice.



Samples

I would like to try out some products first, can I request samples?

Yes! We do offer samples where you can purchase 3 samples of your choice (one sample per product) for $9.99. Each sample is intended for one to two uses. Please note that samples are made to order and will be shipped within 7 business days of your purchase. NOTE: Samples are not valid for refunds and/or exchanges.



Shipping Policy

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can locate your order anytime during the shipping process. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 4 business days, please email us at info@veruska925.com and we will help you! Please note that samples are made to order and take 7 business days to be shipped out.

Do you accept international orders?

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free USPS shipping for all US orders above $99 (after discount, and before taxes).

How fast are packages shipped?

Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using both USPS and UPS. Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Can you ship to PO Box addresses?

We accept shipping to PO Box addresses via USPS ONLY. Not applicable to UPS orders.



Damaged Shipments

My shipment is damaged, what can I do?

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, you can quickly email us at info@veruska925.com, please email our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the names of the broken item(s), and a photo of the damaged items. We will get back to you asap!, retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.



**Discontinued items will be issued store credit for the amount paid.
There is an issue with my order, how can I contact customer service?

To contact customer service with any concerns, please email us at info@veruska925.com. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem quickly and efficiently. If this is regarding a return, please refer to our Return Policy and our Return Page.



Order Issues

My order shipped but I need to change the address.

Absolutely!You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded; you will be notified if this happens. If your order is coming via UPS or FedEx, changes can not be made to your order information.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team at info@veruska925.com with your order number and the updated address within 24 hours from the time of purcase, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions..

Can I change the billing address for my order?

We are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot modify orders once they have been placed.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!.

I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by at info@veruska925.com with your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out asap!.

I received the wrong item.

Sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team at info@veruaka925.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, and a picture of the packing slip with the stamped initial visible. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will get back to you asap!.

I am missing item(s) in my order.

Oh no! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing babies. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip with the stamped initial visible. We will get back to you asap! **Discontinued items will be issued store credit for the amount paid.
