TERMS OF SERVICE — ENCHANTING WEDDING CAKES

1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS

Enchanting Wedding Cakes is operated by Veruska 925 Natural Skincare LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business operating the Enchanting Wedding Cakes store.

These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases of our digital ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Please read these Terms and the product description before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our current products are digital downloads. Purchasing a digital product does not include a physical cake, printed book, decorating supplies, or an in-person service.

Each product listing describes what is included, its format, and any applicable requirements. You are purchasing the edition identified in the listing. Future editions, additional products, individual coaching, and ongoing updates are not included unless expressly stated.

Images may include AI-generated or digitally enhanced illustrations used to communicate design ideas. Illustrative images do not necessarily depict physically constructed cakes. Results will vary with materials, equipment, skill, and working conditions.

This does not reduce our responsibility to describe products accurately or supply the content promised in the listing.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ORDER INFORMATION

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Please provide accurate billing information and an email address you can access. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted.

If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

1. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND ORDERS

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed in the store or at checkout. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Digital downloads do not incur physical shipping charges.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an accepted order.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, an unavailable product, a material listing error, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items.

We will not substitute a higher price for an accepted order without your agreement.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Download access is normally provided shortly after successful payment, through the order confirmation page and a download email sent to the address supplied at checkout. Payment review or technical issues may delay delivery.

You need an internet connection, sufficient storage, and compatible software to download and open the purchased files. PDF products require a PDF-compatible reader.

Any download limit will be disclosed in the product listing or purchase information. Save a backup copy for your own permitted use and keep your download links private.

If your email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder. For missing links, exhausted download limits, corrupted files, or incorrect files, email ggavrilovic@veruska925.com with your order number. We will investigate and help restore legitimate access.

1. YOUR LICENSE TO USE THE PRODUCT

Unless the product listing expressly provides a different license, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license for one purchaser to download, store, read, and print the product for their own reference.

You may apply the techniques you learn to create cakes and other physical work for personal use or for sale to your own customers. You may photograph and promote the physical work you create.

This permission does not authorize reproducing or selling the ebook itself, its pages, illustrations, templates, or other supplied content as a separate product.

Except where permitted by applicable law or with our written permission, you may not:

• Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly upload the purchased files or download links.
• Repackage or translate our content for distribution or resale.
• Use our pages, images, or substantial passages as materials in your own course, ebook, membership, or downloadable product.
• Remove ownership notices or claim our supplied content as your own.
• Upload purchased files to a shared repository or service that makes them available to others.

Contact us about classroom, team, or other multi-user permissions.

These restrictions do not claim ownership of general cake-decorating ideas, methods, or techniques, or restrict uses protected by applicable law.

1. EDUCATIONAL USE AND PRACTICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our products provide educational and creative guidance. They do not provide professional certification or guarantee a particular artistic, business, or financial result.

When making food or constructing a cake, assess the suitability of your ingredients, tools, support systems, and decorations. Follow applicable food-safety requirements, allergen precautions, manufacturer instructions, and local business rules.

Illustrative images are not a substitute for structural planning or instructions about food-contact materials.

These responsibilities do not exclude our obligations concerning inaccurate descriptions, defective digital content, or other matters protected by law.

1. REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital product has been made available to you.

If content is undelivered, corrupted, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded.

Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights remain applicable unless validly waived in accordance with the law. These Terms alone do not constitute a waiver of such rights.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Rights in our original text, branding, layouts, and other protected material remain with us or the relevant rights holders, to the extent recognized by applicable law.

Purchasing a product grants the usage permission described above; it does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

Do not use our brand or logo in a way that suggests we endorse, certify, or partner with you without our written permission.

1. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Enchanting Wedding Cakes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Enchanting Wedding Cakes. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Enchanting Wedding Cakes, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Enchanting Wedding Cakes.

1. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

Please submit honest reviews based on your experience and disclose any incentive received.

You retain ownership of content you submit. When you submit a review for publication, you allow us to display that review and its accompanying submitted name on our store. We will seek separate permission before using your private correspondence or customer photographs in marketing.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits an honest review or a lawful complaint.

You must not use our website to commit fraud, distribute malware, harass others, obtain unauthorized access, or unlawfully copy or distribute content.

1. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and functioning digital files. We cannot promise uninterrupted website availability or identical results for every reader.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory guarantees or remedies concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered content.

1. CHANGES AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. The terms applicable when you purchased continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under applicable law.
