Return and Refund Policy — Enchanting Wedding Cakes

This policy applies to digital ebooks and downloadable products purchased from Enchanting Wedding Cakes.

Digital purchases

Our digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

Please review the product description, file format, and software requirements before purchasing. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind once the digital product has been made available to you.

Download problems and incorrect files

If your download link does not work, your file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong file, contact ggavrilovic@veruska925.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help restore access or provide the correct file.

If we cannot resolve a delivery problem or a material defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Duplicate charges

Please contact us if you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase. We will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain applicable unless validly waived in accordance with the law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
