Am I ordering a real cake?
The EWC ebook listings describe digital guides. A physical cake, printed book, or class is included only if a listing explicitly offers one.
Will there be ebooks for every collection?
Yes. EWC is building ebook collections for wedding cakes, sugar flowers, cake pops and cakesicles, sphere cakes, and cupcakes. Individual titles will be released as they are completed. A design shown in the gallery may belong to an upcoming guide; its product listing will confirm when it is ready to purchase.
What format is Ivory Ruffle?
The Third Edition (2026) is a 58-page English PDF. Its contents preview appears on the ebook page.
Do you include videos or EPUB files?
The current Ivory Ruffle listing is for a PDF ebook. Video lessons and EPUB files are not included.
I cannot find my purchase email. What should I do?
Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for the order confirmation. If you still need help, contact EWC with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
My PDF does not open. What can I try?
Check that the download completed, then open the saved file with a PDF reader. If the issue continues, describe your device and the error in a message to EWC.
Are future editions included?
Updates and download access depend on the terms stated with your purchase. An image or a new edition in the gallery does not automatically change an earlier order.
Can I request a sugar-flower or sweet-table guide?
Yes. Tell us the category and describe the image or technique that interests you. Requests help us understand what to develop next; they are not an order or a promised release date.
