I need to return something

We want to offer a hassle-free returns experience with Veruska 925 Natural Skincare, so you have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your Veruska 925 Natural Skincare order is delivered. 

Follow these simple steps to print your returns label: 

  • Head to our returns portal and hit 'Get Started' 
  • You will be prompted to enter your order number (e.g. #US12345) and zip code, you must enter both numbers exactly as they appear on your order confirmation 
  • Your order will then appear and you will need to select which item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return
  • You will also need to confirm all of your original delivery information and amend if needed
  • Once confirmed, you'll be able to select the method you'll be returning your order by and it will also show you your nearest drop-off point
  • Finally, you'll be prompted to download your label. Simply attach it to your parcel and take it to your nearest drop-off point.


Refunds

All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we're unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued.


I have returned something, where is my refund?

Once your return has been delivered and approved, it may take up to 7 working days to action your refund. If 7-10 working days have passed and you’ve received no refund notification, get in touch.

If you’ve returned two orders in one parcel, please allow an extra 7-10 working days for the second return to be processed.

The return item must be received before refund or store credit can be applied. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original. All Veruska 925 Natural Skincare merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

-    Item must be returned within 14 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time.

-    Veruska 925 Natural Skincare currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return.

-    Item must be unused and in perfect condition. Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.

-   We cannot accept bamboo cloth, brushes, and sponges for hygiene reasons -no exceptions

-   Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.

-   All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

-   For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, inclusive of your original shipping costs - your returns cost is non-refundable.

-   For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.

-   Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers), must be returned separately. Combining orders being returned in one package will significantly slow down refund processing speed.

-   Where applicable, item(s) being returned must be registered through our returns portal. Following this process will ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

-   If returns are not raised through returns portal, please note processing refunds may take longer than 5 working days. Please keep a copy of any postage receipts and necessary tracking information as proof of return.

-   Any items purchased from a Veruska 925 Natural Skincare event (i.e. pop-up store) cannot be returned for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) returned

 If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Can I exchange my item?

We cannot currently offer exchanges on any of our products. A refund is automatically issued on to the card/service you used to pay for your order.


How long do I have to return an item?

You have up to 21 days from the day of delivery to register and return an item.
